Sunny Settlements was founded in 2022 by Brian Foraker and Corey Harris, two of the region’s top real estate agents who recognized the importance of a seamless settlement experience for realtors and buyers alike. Sunny Settlements was created to deliver a smooth, reliable settlement process.
With a combined experience of over 20 years in real estate, Brian and Corey designed the company to meet the unique needs of the real estate community. Sunny Settlements continues to receive essential support from Corey’s company, maintaining the collaborative spirit that has been central to our success.
In 2023, Rob joined the team, bringing his expertise to help grow the company and elevate the customer experience. We are also proud to announce our partnership with The Parker Group, enhancing our ability to serve clients with unparalleled service and resources.
Our skilled title agent, Sabrina Lilja, licensed in Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Maryland, brings invaluable expertise to our team. Additionally, Madison Boyer, who has passed the bar as an attorney, leads our Maryland office with a high level of professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail, contributing significantly to our operations.
